AyurYoga Eco-Ashram offers a quiet, nature-immersed space for real Yoga and Ayurveda practice, spread across 18acres. The ashram includes open-air yoga spaces, an Ayurveda hospital led by qualified Kerala doctors, eco-friendly rooms, and wholesome vegetarian meals.
With 100+ Yoga Teacher Training batches creating 2500+ graduated, students from 40+ countries have experienced the Ashram. We focus on meaningful transformation and not tourism. Our retreats, trainings, and Ayurveda treatments are personalized to preserve depth.
Rooted in India’s spiritual wisdom yet non-religious, the ashram welcomes sincere seekers to explore healing, clarity, and mindful living.
